Job summary

WestJet is seeking an Airports Centralized Services Coordinator to support network operations by centralizing billing, inventory, and core processes. You will ensure contract-to-invoice accuracy and strengthen financial controls.

You will manage invoices, purchase orders in JDE, support station readiness, and help drive cost efficiency across baggage and airport programs. A great fit if you excel in cross-functional coordination and detail-oriented analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience validating invoices or reconciling costs with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret contracts and vendor billing structures.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Proven ability to handle escalations and resolve issues.
• Comfort coordinating with vendors and third-party partners.
• Organized with effective time management in fast-paced settings.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years in administrative/coordination roles.
• Aviation/airport operations experience is a plus.
• Confidential information handling with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile airport service invoices across a large vendor portfolio.
• Evaluate charges against contracts and service agreements for accuracy.
• Analyze billing trends to identify discrepancies and cost savings.
• Create and manage purchase orders in JDE.
• Support station readiness by coordinating inventory and access.
• Oversee inventory workflows and identify improvements across programs.
• Escalate billing and delivery issues to vendors and partners.
• Maintain centralized operational materials and SharePoint sites.
• Support reporting including AQDs and cost analysis for inventory programs.
• Provide cross-functional administrative and project support.
