Job summary

CAA Niagara in Niagara Falls, ON is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations for Niagara Airbus. You will schedule drivers, organize passenger pick-ups and drop-offs, and monitor routes to ensure timely, safe service in a 24/7 environment. This on-site role offers an hourly wage of $20.90 and eligibility for the incentive program.

The schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on a four-days-on, four-days-off rotation, with flexibility for vacation relief and occasional shift

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for time-sensitive tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Calm decision-making under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with dispatching systems and GPS tools.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Valid driver’s license (G or higher) and willingness to obtain others; valid passport.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; 9+ years of clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Niagara Region considered an asset.
• On-site, shift-based work with early mornings/evenings.
