Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Credentials required per airport/state/customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and queries/complaints.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support for passengers with special needs.
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in, including boarding and baggage.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to arrange wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and arrival.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through airport areas.
• Perform duties safely and report incidents or hazards per policy.
