Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Canada to assist travelers at check-in, ticket counter, and gates. You will deliver first-class service, adhere to safety procedures, and support passengers with schedules, fares, and baggage questions with professionalism.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• SIDA training required for airport access.
• 1+ year airline or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate following airline standards.
• Assist with reservations, tickets, itineraries, fares, refunds, and baggage handling.
• Handle lost and found, trace lost baggage, and process related claims.
• Answer inquiries on flight schedules, fares, and general travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate, check tickets, and prepare documents for boarding and reservations.
