Job summary

Porter Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the FBO at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ). You will deliver a high level of service to customers while providing operational support to teammates, including data entry and coordination of line service activities.

You will also assist with concierge tasks such as car rental, restaurant reservations, and other services, while upholding grooming standards, safety policies, and company procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on a permanent basis in Canada.
• Ability to handle stress well and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Project a professional manner with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
• Provide prompt, professional and courteous service to customers.
• Data entry of aircraft fuel quantities into database.
• Coordinate line service activities and ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS).
