Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring Ramp Agents in the Vancouver area to provide efficient ground support for flights in a safety‑driven outdoor aviation environment. Duties include guiding aircraft, handling baggage and cargo, operating ground equipment, and maintaining strict safety and security practices.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and hold a high school diploma with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to operate radio/airport systems and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to the gate.
• Handle, sort, and transport baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from damage or loss.
• Clean cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate and/or drive ground support equipment and tow planes.
• Complete paperwork and data entry related to duties.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and training.
• Be punctual, prepared, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
