Job summary

Wireless DNA is an authorized Rogers, Fido and Chatr dealer operating airport kiosks with high traffic and high opportunity. As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the Store Manager’s right hand and equal on the floor, carrying the same energy, drive, and standards every day.

You’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of the location—sales, people, operations and culture—while coaching and motivating the team to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards for Wireless DNA and Rogers family.
• Assist in running all aspects of the location including sales, people, operations and culture.
• Act as ambassador for the store in the manager’s absence and maintain performance.
