Job summary

Wireless DNA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across our Rogers and Fido retail network. You will focus on delivering a superior, consistent customer experience while driving store profitability through effective inventory, cash flow and reporting management.

You will champion innovation, coach your team to reach their potential, and guide career development while maintaining an inclusive, energetic store culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain a high-performing sales team that genuinely cares about the customer
• Inspire the team to deliver a superior and consistent customer experience and resolve escalations
• Maximize store profitability by overseeing all financial operations, including inventory control, cash flow and reporting

Wireless DNA is an authorized exclusive Rogers and Fido dealer with over 25 years in the industry with an award-winning network of stores to bring the best and the latest in telecommunication technology. We have 38 different locations across the Greater Toronto area, including one at the Toronto Pearson airport.
