Job summary

Wireless DNA, an exclusive authorized dealer for Rogers, Fido, and Chatr, seeks a Store Manager in Mississauga to lead a high-performing team and deliver a superior customer experience.

You will drive profitability by managing inventory, cash flow, and reporting while fostering innovation, growth, and a culture that supports diverse, inclusive teams and career progression within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain a high-performing sales team that genuinely cares about the customer

• Resolve customer escalations
• Maximize store profitability by overseeing all financial operations, including inventory control, cash flow and reporting
