Job summary

Airbus Atlantique Canada Inc. is seeking a Factory Aircraft Coordinator to bridge Operations and supporting functions on the Mirabel A220 production line.

The role emphasizes ensuring safety, quality and industrial performance while coordinating multi-trade activities on the factory floor. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in an industrial setting, strong follow-up discipline, and a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an industrial/production environment.
• Rigorous in following up on files.
• Solution-oriented with proactive proposals.
• Analytical, structured and synthetic mindset.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic multi-trade environment and promote cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between production teams and support functions from initiation to delivery in FAL.
• Provide indicators of aircraft progress and performance as directed by Operations Coordination and Performance Manager.
• Request intervention from support functions in case of misalignments.
• Manage the balance of administrative points (OF/AM) to be closed.
• Coordinate points between trades for monitoring OF/AM and ensure aircraft progress indicators are reliable.
