Job summary

PAL Aerospace is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Records Lead in Winnipeg, MB, reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager. You’ll own the aircraft records set during MRO custody, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive improvements in maintenance planning and reporting.

Experience with DRMIS and IETM processes is preferred. The role requires 5 years in document management within aviation, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lead a small records team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Document Management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced MS Office suite user (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the aircraft record set while in the MRO custody and ensure policy adherence.
• Review entry and closure of all completed aircraft work packages for accuracy.
• Prepare maintenance documentation and control documents for scheduled/unscheduled tasks.
• Coordinate the Aircraft Maintenance Records team and provide guidance as needed.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for MRO efficiency.
