Job summary

Conair in Abbotsford, BC is seeking an Airworthiness Manager to lead the Airworthiness Department, drive regulatory compliance, and oversee maintenance planning and technical records for the fleet.

You will develop strategic plans, manage staff, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain, and ensure airworthiness in accordance with CARs, OEM instructions, and company policies. This role requires ten years of experience and an AME license.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, planning, and records.
• Strong leadership of technical teams and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven regulatory compliance expertise with CARs and international standards.
• Experience with ERP/AMS systems and data-driven maintenance forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Airworthiness Department, setting performance expectations and safety culture.
• Ensure continued airworthiness and regulatory compliance of fleet.
• Oversee maintenance programs, planning, and configuration control.
• Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders on fleet changes.
• Develop strategic plans and improve processes.
