Job summary

Perimeter Aviation LP in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to perform quality audits on heavy maintenance aircraft and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You will work under the Heavy Production Manager to review records, parts, and processes while supporting training and corrective actions.

The role requires 5+ years in aviation quality/safety, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years aviation experience in a safety or quality role maintaining a system.
• AME license preferred.
• Demonstrate efficiency in applying defined procedures.
• Reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Excellent administrative as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and effective time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and contribute to a diverse team.
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and application of the critical task inspection program.
• Completion of quality audits as required.
• Review technical records for accuracy and complete corrections as required.
• Review parts for compliance.
• Maintain compliance with defined quality and safety related procedures.
• Participate in the administration of the SMS reporting system for reports related to heavy maintenance programs, ensuring effective and timely corrective actions are developed and applied.
• Support management in the application of the training program requirements.
• Support production management and personnel as it pertains to research and solution development.
• Serve as primary liaison between Perimeter Production Management and customer quality representatives.
• Maintain compliance with defined quality and safety-related procedures.
• Support management in the application of the training program requirements.
• Provide coaching and support for production management and personnel.
• Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
