Position Overview
We are currently looking to fill the position of Aircraft Inspection Program Specialist. This position is based in our head office located in Les Cèdres, Québec, near Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Job Description
Reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, the Aircraft Inspection Program Specialist must ensure that the company’s aircraft maintenance programs comply with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include:

  1. Review airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and maintenance manual revisions issued by regulatory authorities;
  2. Ensure maintenance requirements are up-to-date in the company’s computerized maintenance tracking system;
  3. Validate, create, and maintain aircraft part files in the company’s computerized system;
  4. Create and maintain aircraft inspection programs based on manufacturer, company, and regulatory requirements;
  5. Write, issue, and oversee the application of company memos and technical documents;
  6. Provide technical support to technical services staff and other departments to interpret and apply maintenance requirements;
  7. Perform other duties as described in MCPM 3.6.13 or as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in aviation maintenance; experience in an equivalent position is an asset;
  • Must hold authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship available);
  • Proficiency with software applications such as Windows, Airsoft, MS Office suite, etc.;
  • Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to read, understand, and write technical documentation;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of aircraft types such as AS350, AS355, EC120B, BH206, BH407, BH212, BH412, S76, or S61 is an asset;
  • Hold or have held a valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License with rotary wing experience or Canadian military equivalent is an asset.

Remuneration: Competitive, based on experience.

Status: Full-time, permanent.
