The Human Resources Project/Program Management function is responsible for centralized oversight, coordination, and delivery of large-scale divisional projects and initiatives, including prioritization; resource and financial capacity management; risk identification and mitigation; governance; and alignment to business goals and defined project standards.
The team serves as a centralized function supporting Human Resources globally by ensuring adherence to departmental and Firm standards. The principal role is to assist the division with project management of new products or services by managing the cost, schedule, and scope. This is achieved by partnering with HR functional SMEs, business management teams, and Technology partners.
