Job summary
Stoakley-Stewart Consultants Ltd. seeks an experienced Air Freight Manager to lead our Canadian air logistics operations in Mississauga. You will oversee the import and export teams, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold service levels across carriers and vendors.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding with air cargo experience.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of air import/export operations and carrier/vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to develop SOPs, optimize processes, and manage performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead air import/export team day-to-day operations.
- Ensure accurate bookings, documentation, and invoicing.
- Maintain pricing, service levels, and vendor performance.
- Coach and develop team members; manage workload coverage.
- Support customer meetings and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to revenue targets and budget planning.
