Job summary

WELL Health Technologies Corp seeks Digital Transformation Interns for four or eight-month terms starting January 2027. You will map processes, identify breakdowns, and build AI-enabled solutions tested with users.

You will work across Finance, People & Culture, Legal, Marketing and Clinic Operations using Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, PowerBI and Power Automate. This remote role requires in-person sessions in Vancouver or Toronto twice a month and is ideal for undergraduates returning to study

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student returning to studies after the placement.
• Genuine AI-native with practical grounding in finance, HR or operations.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the current state of a business process.
• Identify opportunities and build a business case for AI-enabled solutions.
• Build AI-enabled solutions, assistants, agents or automations.
