Job description

Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an AI Tech Lead(Java/Python/Chatbots).

Desired Skill Set:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

• Proficient in Python or Java.

• Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

• Strong knowledge of complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning or generative AI models (e.g., GPT).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (OpenShift experience is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-based products, preferably in chatbots or conversational AI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge of chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
