Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Toronto. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise solutions to support digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector.

You will work across backend and frontend technologies, building RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern UI components using TypeScript and ReactJS. Collaboration with product owners and DevOps practices will be essential.

Seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise solutions that support the bank's digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, along with a passion for building high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot and Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative banking solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code while adhering to enterprise development standards.
• Integrate applications with databases and third‑party systems.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure seamless application delivery.
• Contribute to solution design discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience in:

• Java

Python Development

Experience with one or more Python frameworks:
