Job summary

Electric Mind is seeking an AI SDLC Trainer/Coach to deliver our AI-enabled delivery curriculum. You will facilitate bootcamps, support learner adoption, and guide teams from training to practical application.

After completing onboarding and train-the-trainer, you will co-facilitate sessions, lead hands-on labs, and collaborate with SMEs to keep training practical and up-to-date. Hybrid in-person and virtual delivery is expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete Electric Mind onboarding and become certified to deliver the curriculum.
• Co-facilitate bootcamps and progress to independent delivery.
• Deliver instructor-led AI Enablement Bootcamps for cross-functional audiences, in person and virtual.
• Lead hands-on sessions using AI tools and resolve setup/tooling issues.
• Coach learners through AI-enabled SDLC activities, including requirements, design, implementation, and testing.
• Support transition from training to embedded team through coaching and ongoing learning.
• Assess learner readiness, identify skill gaps, and provide development recommendations.
• Track training metrics such as attendance and completion.
• Capture lessons learned and share feedback to improve future training.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant.
• Deliver AI Enablement Bootcamps and hands-on labs.
• Manage learner readiness assessments and development recommendations.
• Provide training effectiveness reporting and post-training support.
• Customize materials for localization and organizational standards.

About the Role

The AI SDLC Trainer/Coach delivers Electric Mind's AI-enabled delivery curriculum, helping practitioners adopt new ways of working and apply AI-enabled SDLC practices. After completing an AI course and train-the-trainer program, the Trainer facilitates bootcamps, supports learner adoption, and helps teams transition from training into practical application.

What You’ll Do

• Support the transition from training to embedded team through coaching and ongoing learning.

• Track and report training metrics, including attendance, completion, and learner confidence.
• Capture lessons learned and share feedback to improve future training.
• Collaborate with SMEs, enablement leads, and stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant and practical.
• Delivery of AI Enablement Bootcamps and hands-on labs.
• Learner readiness assessments and development recommendations.
• Training effectiveness reporting and program feedback.
• Post-training support resources and coaching handoffs.
• Optional customization and localization of training materials.
