• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, ML, CV, Robotics and other specialized technical roles.
• Source exceptional candidates using AI, original research, and targeted sourcing.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines and relationships with labs, universities, and communities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and influence decisions to raise the bar.
• Design and improve recruiting systems and tools for scale.
• Move fast while maintaining a high candidate experience.
