Mecka AI is building the data engine that helps robots understand and operate in the physical world. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle across our technical teams, partnering with the Talent & People team, hiring managers and leaders to move fast and hire at scale.

You’ll design AI-driven sourcing, develop pipelines with universities and research labs, and influence hiring decisions to shape our robotics and computer vision capabilities.

Formación

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high growth technology companies delivering top talent for Engineering, Research, Robotics, ML, CV and Physical AI.
• Strong experience building AI agents, automations and workflows for recruiting.
• Experience managing a high-volume desk for hard-to-fill roles at a hyper-growth startup/scale-up.
• Deep sourcing skills to engage deeply technical candidates and hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, ML, Computer Vision, Robotics, and other specialized technical roles.
• Directly source exceptional candidates through AI, research, sourcing and long-term relationship building.
• Partner with hiring managers to influence where necessary and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Build pipelines and relationships with labs, universities, and robotics communities.
