Mecka is building the data engine that helps robots understand and operate in the physical world. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across our technical teams, partnering with the Talent & People team and hiring managers to move quickly and maintain a high hiring bar.

You’ll source candidates using AI, conduct deep market intelligence, and build pipelines with universities and labs. This is a fast-paced role at a high-growth company shaping physical AI talent.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high growth technology companies.
• Experience building AI agents, automations and workflows for recruiting.
• Experience managing a high volume desk for hard to fill roles at a hyper growth startup/scale-up.
• Strong talent sourcing skills. Ability to engage deeply technical candidates and hiring managers.

About Mecka AI

Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI.
We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware.

Help us build the team building physical AI

Mecka is building the data engine that helps robots understand and operate in the physical world. That requires an extraordinary team spanning software, infrastructure, machine learning, computer vision, robotics and research.

In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across our technical teams and make an impact. Partnering closely with with the Talent & People team, hiring managers and leaders throughout the organization you will move with a sense of urgency helping us build world class engineering, robotics and computer vision teams. You’ll map specialized talent markets & pipelines, build relationships, influence and be a trusted advisor.

We’re not looking for a recruiter who only uses AI tools, we want someone who builds them too! You’ll design and run AI agents that source, enrich, and engage candidates, so one person can do what usually takes a team of five.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Robotics and other specialized technical roles.

• Directly source exceptional candidates through AI, original research, targeted sourcing and long-term relationship building. Utilize pipeline data and market intelligence to advise the business on best practices.

• Partner closely with hiring managers. Influence where necessary.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines. Build trusted relationships with research labs, universities and across robotics, computer vision and other technical communities.

• Move fast while maintaining a high hiring bar and a strong candidate experience.

• Build AI tools, recruiting systems, operations and practices for scale.

What you bring

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high growth technology companies with a focus on delivering top talent for Engineering, Research, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Physical AI.

• Strong experience building AI agents, automations and workflows for recruiting.

• Experience managing a high volume desk for hard to fill roles at a hyper growth startup/scale-up.

• Strong talent sourcing skills. Ability to engage deeply technical candidates and hiring managers.

• Creative problem solving skills, ability to influence and ability thrive under pressure.

• Strong ability to excel in rapidly evolving ambiguous environments.

• Courage, wisdom and a high level of ownership: you identify obstacles, propose solutions and keep the process moving.

Even better if you have

• Familiarity with the talent emerging from conferences and communities such as CVPR, NeurIPS, CoRL, RSS or ICRA.

• Experience with Ashby and modern sourcing & talent-intelligence tools.
