Responsibilities

• Administers AI RSA governance processes, including committee/forum administration and action tracking.
• Coordinates governance meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and follow-up.
• Produces recurring governance, audit, and regulatory reporting with KPI/portfolio metrics.
