We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Analyst to join our R&D team and develop innovative AI-driven solutions for various departments. This role focuses on exploring and representing uncertainty in emergent AI systems, a crucial step in enhancing the reliability, transparency, and trustworthiness of AI applications in high-stakes, real-world environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and evaluate software prototypes to explore and validate cutting-edge AI concepts.
• Conduct literature reviews and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
• Translate research insights into practical recommendations impacting business and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement proof-of-concept solutions.
• Apply statistical and computational models to address uncertainty and improve AI decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in interdisciplinary or team-based environments.
