Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Program Manager II, AI & Productivity to identify and implement AI-driven improvements across the cruise and travel business. You will analyze workflows, design practical AI solutions, and deploy them using LLMs and agentic workflows to simplify work and boost productivity.

You’ll partner with business and Technology teams to scale implementations, track impact with clear metrics, and champion AI adoption across the organization, including training and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, automation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic workflows to solve real business problems.
• Experience designing, building, and implementing AI-powered solutions, workflows, or automations.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, emerging technologies, and their practical business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to use AI and automation, working with internal teams to shape development order.
• Analyze workflows, legacy tech, and manual processes to identify opportunities to automate or modernize.
• Design, build, and implement practical AI solutions including document processing and data extraction.
• Build and deploy solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows to solve business problems.
• Evaluate and maximize AI capabilities within enterprise software, and identify emerging technologies.
• Take solutions from pilot to scaled rollout, manage timelines, and drive adoption with stakeholder alignment.
• Track impact of AI initiatives against metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with business and Technology teams to implement, scale, and troubleshoot AI initiatives across teams.
• Serve as an AI champion through training, demonstrations, and practical guidance.
