Job summary

TribalScale in Toronto is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from scoping to shipped product. Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of scope, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
• Agency or consulting experience across multiple clients.
• Experience across at least two engagement types (greenfield, legacy rebuild, enablement).
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Comfortable working with agentic engineers and technical teams.
• Teaching instinct to explain agentic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing presence to present to VP-level stakeholders and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Scope and run greenfield product builds, turning ideas into sequenced roadmaps.
• Lead platform rebuilds and modernization engagements with balance of tech debt and speed.
• Design and enable AI-native capabilities with client teams.
• Translate ambiguous asks into scoped work with PRDs and success criteria.
• Collaborate with agentic engineers to choose right approaches for each engagement.
• Set guardrails and evaluation criteria before touching client data or production environments.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with ruthlessly prioritized timelines and budgets.
• Lead client steering committees and sprint reviews, driving accountability for outcomes.
