Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of P&C insurance experience (underwriting preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• CIP or CPCU certification preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional global/local teams across time zones.
• Deliver efficient and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to convey complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to integration efforts to ensure standardized end-to-end product integration across Chubb systems.
• Lead product quality assurance by evaluating data, integration, and product outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to identify opportunities and design optimized underwriting workflows.
• Utilize underwriting expertise to present informed proposals aligned with workflows and objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements aligned with roadmaps.
• Coordinate with business users to finalize requirements and manage changes.
• Contribute to the project lifecycle from inception to deployment.
• Partner with business users to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver value.
