Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in P&C insurance (underwriting preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with global and local teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze underwriting workflows, systems and processes to document current state.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to design optimized underwriting workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with users to finalize and approve requirements and manage changes.
• Ensure successful user acceptance testing and align solutions with business objectives.
