Job summary

Chubb is seeking an AI Product Analyst to shape AI-driven digital underwriting solutions for P&C insurance. You will analyze current underwriting workflows, partner with Product Owners and Business SMEs to identify optimizations, and translate complex needs into actionable requirements.

This role demands cross-timezone collaboration and a practical, results-oriented approach. With 7+ years in P&C insurance, preferred CIP/CPCU certification, and strong analytical communication, you will help

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in P&C insurance (underwriting preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Certification from the Insurance Institute of Canada (CIP) or equivalent (such as CPCU) is preferred.
Ability to work with cross-functional global and local teams across varying time zones.
Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment with limited resources and supervision.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analysis of underwriting workflows, systems, and processes.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to identify opportunities and design optimized workflows.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements aligned with product vision and roadmap.
Coordinate with users to finalize and approve requirements and manage changes across needs.
Evaluate product outcomes and resolve discrepancies in acceptance testing to meet expected results.
Engage stakeholders to ensure successful user acceptance testing and deployment.
