Job summary

Chubb Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking an AI Product Analyst (Integration & Quality) to shape AI-driven underwriting workflows. You will lead end-to-end product integration, drive quality assurance, and collaborate with Product Owners and global teams to optimize underwriting processes.

The role requires 7+ years in P&C insurance (underwriting preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and CIP or CPCU preferred. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and help deliver solutions

Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in P&C insurance (underwriting preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Certification from the Insurance Institute of Canada (CIP) or equivalent (such as CPCU) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to integration efforts to ensure standardized and seamless end-to-end product integration across Chubb systems.
Lead product quality assurance activities by evaluating data, integration, and product outcomes, identifying discrepancies, and driving timely resolution.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to identify opportunities for improvement and design optimized underwriting workflows.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that align with the product vision and roadmap.
Coordinate with business users to finalize and approve business requirements, effectively managing changes.
