Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to business, technology, data, or related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative input.
• Interest in AI tools and responsible technology adoption.
• Excellent communication for cross-department consultation and reporting.
• Self-directed with interest in strategy as well as execution.
• Solid understanding and demonstrated experience working on AI programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies across CFNO and assess how AI and software tools can streamline them.
• Investigate available technologies, consult staff across departments, and develop privacy‑compliant recommendations.
• Prepare practical implementation recommendations for adoption across the organization.
