• Conduct market, competitor and content research.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages and basic performance metrics.
• Support email marketing, database updates and lead follow-up activities.
• Assist with capturing testimonials, success stories and other customer-focused content.
• Help organize digital marketing assets, photographs, videos and campaign materials.
• Track basic campaign results and prepare updates for the Marketing Officer/Manager.
• Explore AI tools that can improve content creation, research and day-to-day marketing efficiency.
