You will help prepare materials, organize information, complete updates, and keep marketing work moving under guidance. This is an associate-level role for an organized, dependable, curious candidate eager to gain practical experience with feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, media, or related field.
• Valid Dex Associate Certification (DEX-ASC).

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing activities across social media, email, websites, e-commerce, and other digital channels.
• Gather files, images, links, research, and other materials required for assigned projects.
• Prepare and update checklists, spreadsheets, calendars, presentations, and shared documents.
• Draft, format, upload, and schedule approved content using instructions and existing templates.
• Complete assigned market, competitor, audience, keyword, and content research.
• Help maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, templates, and digital asset folders.
• Review materials for basic accuracy, formatting, working links, completeness, and brand consistency.
• Complete routine follow-ups, provide progress updates, and help the team keep assigned work on schedule.

This role focuses on supporting routine marketing activity across content, campaigns, research, social media, email, websites, e-commerce, and client projects. You will help prepare materials, organize information, complete assigned updates, and keep routine marketing work moving. This is an associate-level role intended for someone who is organized, dependable, curious, and ready to gain practical experience with guidance and feedback.

You will work with marketers, designers, developers, content specialists, studio coordinators, and managers. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and careful work are expected.

AI-assisted tools may be used for research, drafting, summaries, content preparation, and administrative support. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.
