Job summary

Outlier is seeking English-fluent contributors to help train AI models via live conversations and evaluation tasks. This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and the chance to work on cutting-edge AI voice, image, and video projects.

You’ll rate output quality, identify issues like misalignment or awkward language, and provide clear written explanations in English. Compensation includes hourly project pay with additional incentives through Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented with patience to review and replay.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Ability to write concise evidence-based explanations in English.

Responsibilities

• Holding live English conversations with AI models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, irregular motion, or misalignment and describing issues.
• Providing written explanations pointing to what you observed.
