Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to help train AI models by providing detailed feedback from home. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models and assess the quality of outputs across audio, image, and video tasks, describing what you hear and see in clear English.

This flexible, freelance opportunity offers remote work with hours that fit your schedule. You will provide written explanations and participate in onboarding and screening as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to review outputs closely.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of model responses.
• Compare AI-generated media and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what you observed.
