PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking an AI-Forward Sr. Product & Design Operations Manager to unify Product and Design planning, prioritization, and release processes using agentic AI workflows.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to implement repeatable readiness and feedback loops, enabling fast, data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes building operational systems, measurement of KPIs, and creating onboarding programs for new team members, with a hybrid work model in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Design Operations or similar.
• Experience establishing planning and prioritization across product streams.
• Proven ability to run cross-functional launches with Engineering, Marketing, Support and CS.
• Strong PM skills and ability to document and standardize processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead as liaison for Product and Design on AI Transformation initiatives.
• Define and implement the Product Operations function with clear scope and success metrics.
• Build cross-functional launch workflows for major customer-facing changes.
• Own R&D capitalizable work classification with Finance.
• Partner with Customer Success to close the loop on product feedback with fast responses.
