PagerDuty, Inc. seeks an AI-Forward Sr. Product & Design Operations Manager to partner with Product and Design leadership.

Build the operating system for planning, prioritization, and release, integrating AI workflows and Claude skills across engineering, finance, and customer success. The role drives planning discipline, readiness processes, and customer feedback loops to deliver measurable business value in a hybrid Toronto-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product/Design/Business Operations or similar.
• Experience establishing planning and prioritization processes across product teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches with Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.
• Strong PM and organizational skills; ability to run processes autonomously.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational guidelines and standards.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and Claude or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison for Product and Design on AI Transformation initiatives.
• Define the Product Operations function with clear scope, requirements, success metrics, and data.
• Build cross-functional launch workflows across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Legal, and CS.
• Own R&D capitalization process in partnership with Finance with clear criteria.
• Partner with Customer Success on closed-loop product feedback and rapid responses.
• Automate planning cadences, design sprints, workshops, and office hours.
• Lead vendor management, tooling budgets, and admin for Product and Design.
• Enable research ops via agentic workflows and reusable customer insights.
• Define, track, and report KPIs for product/design effectiveness.
• Create onboarding programs for new Product and Design staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to set operational vision and priorities.
• Foster high-performance culture through cross-functional partnerships.
