Job summary

You will blend hands‑on technical leadership with people management, define and ship scalable data‑driven features, and collaborate with product managers and data scientists to deliver value, while promoting AI‑driven development and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software development using OO programming to build scalable apps.
• Leadership experience in a team setting, coaching and performance management.
• Experience guiding UX or design functions and reviewing prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team of engineers and UX to deliver Altitude platform features.
• Blend hands-on coding with people management and project leadership.
• Define, design and ship scalable, data-driven features with AI-first mindset.
• Perform testing, security-driven development and code reviews for quality.
• Document system design for maintainability and extension.
