V-Soft Consulting is hiring for an AI Product Designer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. You will lead design efforts for AI-enabled products, delivering user-centric interfaces and rapid prototypes while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of product design experience, a strong AI mindset, proficiency with Figma, and a keen eye for typography and interaction details. This role offers full benefits and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI.
• Experience using AI to build rapid prototypes and collect user feedback.
• Experience building AI-native interfaces (AIX).

Responsabilidades

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales.
• Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications.
• Open to new tools and methodologies, yet opinionated about best practices.
• Lead Design Discoveries: facilitate complex and prolonged design discovery sessions, providing recommendations to clients.
• Project Delivery and Leadership: anchor projects in their area of expertise, lead client meetings on design-specific matters.
