Job summary

Andgo Systems Inc. is seeking a senior product designer to join as an independent contractor, 4–5 days per week, starting ASAP.

You'll collaborate daily with the Product Manager and engineers, reporting to the VP of Product, and work remotely from Canada with time overlap. You will lead design for the AI-first platform, shape workflows, and help build our design system while guiding discovery sessions and presenting clear rationale to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design for complex B2B or enterprise software
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking
• Mastery of visual design with info-dense interfaces
• Pragmatic judgment balancing design quality with delivery constraints
• Influence across Product and Engineering
• Track record joining work mid-stream and delivering quickly
• Hands-on experience designing AI-driven features
• Design system experience building components

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new premium, AI-first product areas and our platform
• Rethink existing workflows to remove friction for frontline and back-office users
• Design how AI shows up for users: confidence, errors, and how a scheduler sees and overrides system decisions
• Work in an AI-assisted development workflow (Figma connected to AI coding tools via MCP) so design intent carries through to build
• Contribute to building our design system
