Job summary

Quandri in Vancouver, BC, seeks an engineering leader to guide the two teams delivering agentic workflows and NLX experiences. You’ll shape an engineering organization, mentor developers, and drive hiring to sustain growth.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll influence product lifecycles and security, while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment. You will build and sustain high-performing teams, pushing for excellence, ownership, and deep technical problem solving to deliver

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of engineering team management experience.
• More than 8 years of professional engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering mission critical software.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive day-to-day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high performing engineers.
• Build and deliver incrementally with a multi-quarter roadmap that drives operational excellence, scalability and reliability.
• Hire, coach, and mentor individuals, fostering a strong cross-functional organization.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout product life cycles and ensure operational excellence of high-stake services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Managers, Data/AI engineers, Customer Success, Partnerships, other internal teams, and leaders.
• Contribute to the engineering leadership of the entire organization to align with Quandri’s guiding principles.
• Provide clarity in an ambiguous environment for your team and peers.
