Job summary

Bell is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager to lead deployment of strategic automation across Consumer and Small Business sales channels. You will champion operational excellence and implement end-to-end automated processes to boost efficiency, speed-to-market, and cost reduction.

You’ll bridge data science, engineering, and business teams, shape scalable automation solutions, and drive cross-functional adoption in a hybrid work environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• A displayed history of automating processes.
• An degree in business/commerce, engineering, or mathematics or other technical field.
• Experience in telecommunications, retail or consulting industries.
• Experience managing and mentoring team members.
• Effective process/project management skills and the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with partners and executive management.
• Experience with automation platforms or RPA workflows and Low code platforms (such as Power Platforms).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives.
• Analyze business processes to uncover opportunities where AI and Automation can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Act as a liaison between data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights and clear business cases.
• Design and implement automation solutions tailored to business needs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
