We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.
That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.

Fullscript is looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to help Fullscripters use AI confidently, responsibly, and effectively in their day-to-day work.
You will join Team GSD, Fullscript's AI and automation enablement team. GSD helps departments improve how work gets done by combining practical AI education, workflow discovery, and scalable automation. This role will own the human side of that work: turning fast-moving AI capabilities and internal tools into clear, useful learning experiences that meet people where they are.
This is primarily a content, enablement, and adoption role. You will build the self-serve resources, interactive learning experiences, communications, and support models that help teams learn independently. You will also work with stakeholders to uncover workflow pain points, assess AI and automation opportunities, and translate what you learn into clear inputs for the GSD roadmap.
You will not be expected to build machine learning models or act as a full-time trainer. You should, however, be hands-on and credible with modern AI tools, curious about how people learn, and comfortable facilitating a live session or webinar when it is the best way to help a group move forward.
