Appnovation Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead AI-powered delivery teams delivering digital transformation solutions for a global client in a regulated industry. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into actionable work, and drive high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Agile delivery, strong Scrum/Jira/Confluence skills, and proven ability to work across time zones with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile project, delivery or product management in digital environments.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent Agile teams across complex projects.
• Understanding of AI tooling in software delivery and how to apply it.

Responsibilities

• Run AI-powered delivery teams and govern quality and traceability.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups with clear goals.
• Translate business needs into executable work with backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with tech leads to shape initiative directions and approaches.
• Deliver end-to-end service enhancements on time and with high quality.
• Facilitate communication with senior stakeholders in regulated settings.
• Estimate costs, develop resource plans, and identify risks early.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
