Job summary

ISG Search Inc in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Senior AI-Enabled Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. This role combines strong Scrum leadership with hands-on AI tooling to improve team collaboration, sprint execution, and software delivery.

The position requires 8+ years as a Certified Scrum Master, plus hands-on software development or IT business analysis experience, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master leading Agile software delivery teams (SMB).
• Hands-on experience in software development and/or IT business analysis.
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into Agile delivery and team workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Partner with Product Owners and tech teams to drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to enhance processes, automate documentation, and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and maintain enterprise standards for AI usage, security, and data privacy.
• Coach Agile teams on best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong Scrum leadership with hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools to improve team collaboration, sprint execution, and software delivery.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, reviews, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to drive successful Agile delivery and continuously improve team performance.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to enhance Agile processes, automate documentation, and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including development, QA, architecture, infrastructure, and security to support successful project delivery.

• Previous hands‑on experience in software development and/or IT Business Analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe), Design Thinking, Kanban, or Extreme Programming.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and a foundational understanding of MLOps concepts.
