Job summary

isgSearch supports a Montreal-based enterprise in hiring a Senior AI-Enabled Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in a fast-paced technology environment.

The role blends Scrum leadership with hands-on AI tooling to improve sprint planning, execution, and team collaboration across product, dev, QA and security.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure compliance with AI safety and data privacy standards while using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams.
• Hands-on experience in software development and/or IT Business Analysis.
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into Agile delivery and team workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to drive successful Agile delivery and continuously improve team performance.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to enhance Agile processes, automate documentation, and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, architecture, infrastructure, and security to support successful project delivery.
• Coach Agile teams on best practices while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards for AI usage, security, and data privacy.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe), Design Thinking, Kanban, or Extreme Programming.
