Job summary

You will partner with data science, engineering, and store operations teams to deliver AI-driven analytics and to implement inventory management systems, warehouse and order management platforms, and transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-phase supply chain programs.
• Expertise in AI-driven supply chain solutions.
• Experience with retail-specific supply chain technologies (inventory management, WMS, OMS).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.
• Proven change management and KPI tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale supply chain programs.
• Oversee AI-driven analytics and tools implementations for supply chain optimization.
• Coordinate with procurement, distribution, store operations leadership and business stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs to improve cost, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to minimize program disruptions.
