Job summary

EPAM Systems in Canada is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Lead Business Analyst to drive a critical Product 2.0 STIBO STEP to Syndigo migration. The ideal candidate will bring deep Retail domain knowledge, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams.

You will gather requirements for PIM/PCM integrations, define technical specs, and assess data models and API/DB dependencies to ensure seamless integration across systems.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Business Analysis.
• Proven experience as Product Owner / Lead BA focusing on PIM and PCM models in retail.
• Solid understanding of SQL, database structures, and table relations.
• Solid understanding of API requirements and integration processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail domain, knowledge in retail product workflows and applications, strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$130,000 - CA$160,000.
