Job summary

MindBridge is seeking a QA & Test Automation Developer to evolve how software quality is built, automated, and scaled, with emphasis on AI-native product validation and agentic tooling. You will design, maintain, and expand automated test suites and QA frameworks across development lifecycles.

The role focuses on testing AI-powered systems, configuring autonomous QA workflows, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to improve testing effectiveness and delivery speed.

Qualifications

• Strong testing fundamentals and risk-based testing.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing automated tests.
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex software and test failures across layers.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development to improve QA workflows.
• Strong collaboration across QA, Engineering, Product, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply testing fundamentals to identify risks, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Investigate failures and unexpected behavior and address them.
• Configure and use agentic tools to accelerate test creation and analysis.
• Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of test frameworks and pipelines.
• Ensure AI-powered features are validated with human oversight where needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other teams to embed quality in development.
